This picture captures the South Aegean Sea as it laps against the cliffs of Ammoudi Bay, Oia, Greece. The water transitions from a deep blue in the deeper parts to a vibrant turquoise near the shore, where the sunlight dances on the surface, creating a mesmerizing effect.

I took this picture while on vacation to Santorini in June 2017. My daughter and I hiked to Ammoudi Bay all the way from Imerovigli (approximately 7 miles). It's a lovely trek with breathtaking views.
